A beautiful residence in Leptokarya Pieria, “drowned” in the green courtyards, awaits you to enjoy your summer holidays. At a distance of 400 meters from the sea, it can accommodate up to 7 people, it has a very functional kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, private parking and two very large yards, one private and the other common with the owners where you can enjoy your coffee, food, sunbathing and moments of relaxation that will remain unforgettable. The space
The house is set amidst lush green courtyards with its diverse trees giving you tranquility and serenity . Carefully selected furniture approaches a simple yet modern style. The space is illuminated uniquely and the large windows bring the sun inside. The functional kitchen covers every need and the bathroom is fully equipped. Very comfortable 6 people can be 7 turning the living room into a bed and having a baby can be completed with a baby cot.
The large veranda with many plants welcomes you in its comfortable living room where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee.
Guests have access to the comfortable rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and all the interior of the house. It also has access to the courtyards, a private one where it can make use of the barbecue in the second where it can be shared with the owner’s family.
